1. Beef Roast with Campbell’s French Onion Soup

  • 4 pounds beef roast, raw
  • 1 can Campbell's French Onion soup, undiluted
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced.
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Pepper and salt to taste


  1. Layer all the onion, potatoes, carrots, celery at the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. Place the beef roast on top of the vegetables. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Put the whole can of Campbell’s French Onion soup all over the roast and vegetables. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Remove the beef roast and vegetables out of the crock pot. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.


2. Green Bean Casserole Amandine

Ingredients:campbells recipes

  • 1 (10 oz) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups French-Style fresh green beans
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt (for the boiling water)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 shallot, finely minced


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Boil 3 quarts of water with 1 tablespoon of Kosher salt put in a large saucepan.
  3. Combine the green beans and celery to the boiling water and cook until tender (but not soft).
  4. By using a large slotted spoon, move your cooked vegetables to a bowl fulled with ice and water for shocking. The green beans should retain its bright green color.
  5. Sauces a casserole baking dish with butter. Place the vegetables at the bottom of the dish.
  6. Mix ½ teaspoon of soy sauce , ½ cup vegetable stock and Campbells Cream of mushroom soup. Place the mixture over the vegetables.
  7. By using a frying pan or inside a microwave, heat the almonds, shallot and garlic in butter until the butter melts. Sprinkle buttered almonds over the top of the casserole. Place in any remaining butter.
  8. Bake the casserole at 350F for 20-25 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown and bubbly.


3. Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu


  • 1 pound boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (cut 4 strips)
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 4 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons Chablis (or change with a dry white wine)
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cooked ham, chopped


  1. Heat butter in a skillet with medium to high heat setting, put the chicken breasts. Cook each side of the breasts until turn to golden brown. If possible cook each sides of the chicken for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the soup, water, wine, cheese and ham to the chicken. Bring everything to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes before setting your heat to low.
  3. Stir well the wine, water, soup, cheese and ham to the chicken. Bring to a boil. Allow it boil for 2 minutes before set to the low heat. Close and cook for 5 minutes , or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve the chicken and sauce with the egg noodles.
