Shrimps in Creamy Mascarpone Sauce
Try this easy to prepare creamy seafood dish. Serve with bread.
This meal is for 4 Persons.
- 12 cooked large prawns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic or 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 350g raclette cheese
- 250g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- freshly ground pepper
- crusty bread
Peel and de-vein prawns and marinate with olive oil and crushed garlic, cover and place in refrigerator for several hours.
Place cream cheese into serving bowl and add finely chopped parsley. Bring ingredients to table.
At the grill: take a prawn, place in pan, add spoonful of cream cheese, and small piece of cheese over the top and grill till cheese has melted. Serve over bread. Add grounded pepper.
